- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional Coating

Instructions
- Pulse Dates and Almonds: Place the pitted Medjool dates and raw almonds into a food processor and pulse until they are finely chopped and well combined, forming a sticky base mixture.

- Roll into Balls: Using clean hands, scoop and roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Coat (Optional): Roll the bliss balls in shredded coconut or cacao nibs if you desire an extra texture and flavor coating.
- Refrigerate: Place the rolled balls on a tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow them to firm up and hold their shape.
- Store Properly: Transfer the firm bliss balls into an airtight container and store them in the fridge for up to 1 week to maintain freshness and texture.
Notes

- Feel free to substitute almonds with other nuts like walnuts or cashews for different flavors.
- For a sweeter touch, add a teaspoon of maple syrup or honey if desired.
- Bliss balls can be frozen for up to 3 months; thaw in refrigerator before serving.
- This is a no-bake recipe, ideal for quick preparation and healthy snacking.
