For the Pizza:
- 4 pieces naan bread
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill or parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F and place naan on a baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil.
- Assemble the Pizzas: Spread a thin layer of tzatziki sauce over each naan, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella. Top with chicken, red onion, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and olives. Season with salt and pepper.
