For the Pizza:

  • 4 pieces naan bread
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill or parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F and place naan on a baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil.
  2. Assemble the Pizzas: Spread a thin layer of tzatziki sauce over each naan, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella. Top with chicken, red onion, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and olives. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and naan is crisp.
