- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
For the Sliders:
- 12 mini buttermilk pancakes
- 6 slices sharp cheddar cheese (cut in halves)
- 3 tablespoons truffle butter (softened)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
- 6 small lettuce leaves
- 6 thin tomato slices
- 12 dill pickle chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Beef Patties: In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Divide into 12 portions and shape into patties.
- Cook the Patties: Cook patties in a skillet with oil until browned and cooked through. Melt cheddar on top.
- Make the Burger Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and relish in a bowl.
- Assemble the Sliders: Warm pancakes, spread truffle butter on one side, layer with lettuce, patty, tomato, pickles, sauce, and another pancake. Serve.
