- 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
For the Sauce:
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 small red chili or 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- ½ cup dry white wine or Shaoxing wine
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the oil and aromatics: Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté garlic and chili.
- Cook the shrimp: Add shrimp, cook until pink.
- Add the sauce: Pour in wine, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and brown sugar.
- Finish and serve: Cook until sauce thickens, garnish with green onions and cilantro.
