Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare pan: Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, then fold in sour cream until smooth.
- Bake: Pour batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and bake for 55–65 minutes.
- Cool and serve: Let the bread cool in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
