Shawarma Sauce Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 garlic clove, minced

- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1–2 teaspoons water (to thin, if needed)

- Combine Ingredients: In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, tahini, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper until the sauce is smooth and well combined.
- Adjust Consistency: If the sauce is too thick, gradually add water one teaspoon at a time, whisking until you reach your desired consistency.
- Season to Taste: Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning if necessary, adding more salt, pepper, or lemon juice as preferred.
- Chill: Refrigerate the sauce for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend and develop fully.
