Instructions
- Blend cucumber: In a blender, combine the chopped cucumber and 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth to extract the cucumber juice.
- Strain mixture: Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp, ensuring a smooth lemonade base.
- Add lemon juice and sweetener: Stir in the freshly squeezed lemon juice and honey or sugar into the pitcher until fully dissolved, adjusting sweetness to your preference.
- Dilute with water: Pour in the remaining 3 cups of cold water and mix well to balance the flavors.
