Description

Delicious and easy-to-make peanut butter no-bake cookies that are perfect for a quick sweet treat. These cookies are creamy, chewy, and packed with peanut butter flavor.

Ingredients

Scale

For the cookies:

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups quick oats

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, milk, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  2. Once it reaches a full boil, let it boil for exactly 1 minute without stirring. Remove from heat and quickly stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add the oats and mix until fully combined. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper or a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Let the cookies cool and set at room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a firmer cookie, use old-fashioned oats instead of quick oats.
  • You can also add mini chocolate chips or shredded coconut for variety.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
