For the Mojito:
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz passion fruit pulp (with or without seeds)
- 1 tablespoon simple syrup (or to taste)
- 6–8 fresh mint leaves
- club soda to top
- ice cubes
- lime wedges and mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Muddle the Mint: In a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves gently with lime juice and simple syrup to release the mint oils without tearing the leaves.
- Combine Ingredients: Add the passion fruit pulp and rum, then stir or shake gently to combine.
- Prepare the Drink: Fill a tall glass with ice and pour the mixture over the ice. Top with club soda and stir gently.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with a sprig of mint and a wedge of lime. Serve immediately with a straw.
Notes
- You can substitute passion fruit juice for pulp if needed, but reduce the simple syrup to balance the sweetness.
