Phyllo Rolls:
- 8 sheets phyllo dough (thawed)
- 6 oz feta cheese (crumbled)
- 2 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (optional)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter (for brushing)
Chili Honey Sauce:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Filling: Mix crumbled feta, cream cheese, parsley, and dill. Spread on phyllo sheets.
- Roll the Feta Rolls: Roll up phyllo strips with filling, then bake until golden brown and crispy.
- Make Chili Honey: Warm honey, add red pepper flakes and salt. Drizzle over baked rolls.
- Serve: Drizzle with chili honey and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra heat, add more chili flakes or hot sauce to the honey.
- These rolls can also be air-fried at 375°F for about 10–12 minutes.
