This One Pan Balsamic Chicken recipe is a quick and flavorful dish perfect for a weeknight dinner. Juicy chicken breasts are seared, then baked with a balsamic glaze, cherry tomatoes, green beans, and red onions for a delicious meal that’s ready in under 40 minutes.

Chicken:

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Vegetables:

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup green beans (trimmed)
  • 1/2 red onion (sliced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

Balsamic Glaze:

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Garnish:

  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Prepare the glaze: Whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Sear the chicken: Sear seasoned chicken breasts in olive oil until golden. Remove and set aside.
  4. Sauté vegetables: In the same skillet, sauté green beans, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
  5. Combine ingredients: Return chicken to skillet on top of vegetables. Pour balsamic glaze over everything.
  6. Bake: Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 15–18 minutes.
  7. Finish: Spoon balsamic glaze over chicken before serving. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
