Instructions

- Make Coconut Layer: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Stir well until the mixture is thick, sticky, and well blended. Spread this coconut mixture evenly over the completely cooled brownie base, pressing lightly to smooth out the layer.
