Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, and chopped tarragon until smooth and creamy.
- Add the chicken, celery, and green onions to the bowl and stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
