- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

- 2 cups cold milk

Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Stir until the mixture is evenly coated with butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust. Refrigerate while preparing the layers.
- Prepare the Lemon Cream Layer: Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy. Add lemon juice and zest, mixing well. Gently fold in the whipped topping to create a light, fluffy mixture.
- Prepare the Pudding Layer: Whisk instant lemon pudding mix and cold milk together until thickened, about 2 minutes. Set aside.
- Assemble the Lasagna: Spread the lemon cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust. Pour the lemon pudding layer on top and spread evenly.
- Top with Whipped Topping: Spread the remaining whipped topping evenly over the pudding layer to create a smooth final layer.
- Chill and Set: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the layers to firm up and flavors to meld.
- Garnish and Serve: Before serving, garnish with additional lemon zest, fresh whipped cream, or lemon slices and mint for a decorative touch.
