Description

Indulge in the refreshing tropical flavors of kiwi and dragonfruit with these vibrant Kiwi Dragonfruit Crush Frappuccinos. Perfect for a hot summer day or when you’re craving a taste of the tropics!

Ingredients

Scale

Kiwi Dragonfruit Crush Frappuccinos:

  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup dragonfruit (pitaya), chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • 1 cup coconut water or lemonade
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk
  • Whipped cream for topping (optional)
  • Fresh kiwi and dragonfruit slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine kiwi, dragonfruit, honey, coconut water (or lemonade), and ice. Blend until smooth and slushy.
  2. Pour half of the mixture into glasses. Add a splash of coconut milk or almond milk for a creamy swirl effect.
  3. Top with the remaining fruit blend. Garnish with whipped cream, fresh kiwi slices, and dragonfruit pieces if desired.
  4. Serve immediately with a straw.

Notes

  • For a more tropical twist, substitute pineapple juice for coconut water.
  • You can also freeze kiwi and dragonfruit ahead of time for an extra frosty texture.
  • Adjust sweetness with more or less honey depending on the ripeness of your fruit.
