Kiwi Dragonfruit Crush Frappuccinos:
- 1 cup kiwi, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup dragonfruit (pitaya), chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
- 1 cup coconut water or lemonade
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk
- Whipped cream for topping (optional)
- Fresh kiwi and dragonfruit slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine kiwi, dragonfruit, honey, coconut water (or lemonade), and ice. Blend until smooth and slushy.
- Pour half of the mixture into glasses. Add a splash of coconut milk or almond milk for a creamy swirl effect.
- Top with the remaining fruit blend. Garnish with whipped cream, fresh kiwi slices, and dragonfruit pieces if desired.
- Serve immediately with a straw.
Notes
- For a more tropical twist, substitute pineapple juice for coconut water.
