Soup Base

Instructions
- Sauté Onions and Mushrooms: Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Then, add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for an additional 5 minutes until they start to release their moisture and become tender.
- Add Broth and Seasonings: Stir in the chicken broth, soy sauce, paprika, and dried dill weed. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let the soup simmer gently for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Thicken the Soup: In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and all-purpose flour until smooth. Gradually stir this mixture into the simmering soup to thicken it. Cover again and continue to simmer for another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.
