- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
Layers:
- 3 bananas, sliced
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 cup chopped fresh or maraschino cherries
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- Chocolate syrup and extra whipped topping for garnish
Instructions
- Graham Cracker Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9×13-inch dish for the crust.
- Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
- Assembly: Spread cheesecake mixture over crust. Layer with bananas, pineapple, strawberries, cherries, chocolate chips, and walnuts. Chill for at least 4 hours.
- Serving: Drizzle with chocolate syrup and add whipped topping before serving.
Notes
- Use very ripe but firm bananas to prevent browning.
