Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Coating: In a shallow bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Make the Garlic Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, combine olive oil, melted butter, and minced garlic.
- Coat the Chicken: Dip each chicken breast into the garlic butter mixture, then press into the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
- Bake: Place the coated chicken breasts in the baking dish. Drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the top. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Rest and Serve: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
