- 8 pork breakfast sausages
- 8 slices back bacon
- 4 large eggs

- 8 ounces button mushrooms, sliced
- 4 medium tomatoes, halved
- 8 slices white or whole wheat bread

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Cook the Sausages. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the pork breakfast sausages, turning occasionally until they are browned on all sides and cooked through, about 12 to 15 minutes.
- Cook the Bacon. Push the sausages to one side of the same pan and add the back bacon slices. Cook them until crisp according to your preference. Remove the sausages and bacon from the pan and keep them warm.
- Sauté the Mushrooms. If needed, add olive oil to the skillet. Add the sliced button mushrooms and sauté until softened and lightly browned, approximately 5 minutes.
- Caramelize the Tomatoes. Place the tomato halves cut-side down in the skillet and cook until they soften and start to caramelize, about 3 minutes.
- Warm the Baked Beans. Gently heat the baked beans in a small saucepan over low heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally.
- Fry the Eggs. In a separate pan, melt the butter and fry the eggs to your desired doneness, whether sunny side up, over easy, or fully cooked.
- Toast the Bread. Toast the bread slices to your liking using a toaster or under a broiler.
- Assemble and Serve. Divide the sausages, bacon, fried eggs, warm baked beans, sautéed mushrooms, caramelized tomatoes, and toast evenly among plates. Season with salt and black pepper to taste and serve hot for a complete traditional breakfast.
