Instructions

  1. Prepare the Batter: Preheat the oven according to the cake mix box instructions. Prepare the chocolate cake batter as directed on the box.
  2. Fill the Cupcake Liners: Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and fill each about two-thirds full with the prepared batter.
  3. Bake: Bake cupcakes according to the time and temperature specified on the cake mix box, usually about 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove and allow them to cool completely.
