Instructions
- Preheat skillet: Heat a skillet over medium heat to prepare for grilling the sandwich.
- Butter the bread: Spread butter lightly on one side of each slice of bread to ensure golden, crispy toasting.
- Assemble sandwich: Place two slices of bread butter-side down in the skillet, then evenly sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over each slice. Add a small splash of milk to help the cheese melt smoothly. Top with the remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
- Cook sandwich: Cook the sandwich for 2 to 3 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula, until the bread is golden brown and cheese is fully melted.
