  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crispy Saucy Chicken: Pat the chicken dry and coat with cornstarch, then dip in beaten eggs. Fry in vegetable oil until crispy and golden. Set aside.
