Instructions
- Prep the Coating: In a bowl, whisk the two large eggs until smooth and set aside.
- Mix the Breadcrumbs: In another bowl, combine 1 cup of Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs, ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon dried parsley. Stir thoroughly to blend all the flavors.
- Coat the Ravioli: Dip each fresh ravioli into the beaten eggs, ensuring it is fully coated, then dredge it in the breadcrumb mixture until completely covered. Set aside on a plate.
- Preheat Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to preheat for a few minutes to ensure even cooking.
- Arrange ravioli: Place the coated ravioli in a single layer inside the air fryer basket without overlapping. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray to promote crispiness.
- Air Fry: Cook the ravioli in the air fryer for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time to ensure even golden crispiness on both sides.
- Serve: Remove the crispy ravioli bites from the air fryer and serve immediately with marinara or Alfredo sauce for dipping.
