  • 16 large white or cremini mushrooms, stems removed and cleaned
  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs (optional)
  • Olive oil for brushing


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F: Clean mushrooms, remove stems, and brush caps with olive oil.
  2. Prepare the filling: Mix crab, cream cheese, Parmesan, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, onions, parsley, Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
