- 8 large whole dill pickles

- 2 large eggs, beaten

Instructions
- Prepare Pickles: Drain and pat the pickles dry. Slice each pickle lengthwise without cutting through completely.
- Make Filling: Mix cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, and paprika. Fill each pickle with the mixture.
- Breading: Dredge pickles in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Fry: Fry in oil until golden and crispy.
- Serve: Drain on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Chilling the stuffed pickles before frying can help them hold together better.
