Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook the Beef: In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic. Season with salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Add peas and cook briefly.
- Prepare the Mixture: Stir in 1 cup of cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, and milk until combined.
- Assemble: Spread the beef mixture in a baking dish, top with frozen fries.
