- 8 ounces rotini or bowtie pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded or diced)
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing

- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or shredded cheddar

Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rotini or bowtie pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and rinse under cold water to stop further cooking and cool it down.
