- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Topping:
- Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Brownie Layer: Follow package instructions to make brownies in a 9×13-inch pan. Cool and cut into 1-inch cubes.
- Make the Cream Layer: Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Fold in whipped cream mixture.
- Assemble the Cake: In a 9×9-inch dish, layer half of brownie cubes, then half of cream mixture. Drizzle with chocolate syrup, add mini chips. Repeat layers and top with syrup, chips, and optional shavings/cocoa.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate covered for 4 hours or overnight before serving.
