- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Toppings:
- 3 cups broccoli florets, steamed until tender
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Prepare potatoes: Rub potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 50–60 minutes until tender.
- Steam broccoli: Steam broccoli until tender, about 5 minutes.
