Description

These Big Mac Wraps are a delicious and convenient twist on the classic cheeseburger, featuring seasoned ground beef, crunchy pickles, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and a creamy homemade Big Mac-style sauce all wrapped in a soft flour tortilla. Perfect for an easy lunch or dinner, these wraps deliver all the iconic flavors of a Big Mac without the bun.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Wraps

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely diced onion
  • 1/2 cup Big Mac-style sauce (see below)

For the Big Mac Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned and fully cooked, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess fat and set the beef aside.
  2. Prepare the Big Mac Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together all the Big Mac sauce ingredients—mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika—until the sauce is smooth and well combined.
  3. Assemble the Wraps: Lay one flour tortilla flat and spread about 2 tablespoons of the Big Mac sauce evenly in the center. Top the sauce with a portion of the cooked ground beef, shredded lettuce, diced pickles, finely diced onion, and shredded cheddar cheese. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly to form a wrap. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
  4. Serve or Grill: Serve the wraps immediately for a fresh and soft texture, or grill them in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side to warm through and crisp the outside slightly for added texture and flavor.

Notes

  • Substitute ground turkey or plant-based meat for a lighter or vegetarian version.
  • The Big Mac sauce can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 1 week.
  • These wraps are perfect for meal prep—assemble and store tightly wrapped in foil to enjoy later.
