For the Salad:

  • 6 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 cup cucumber (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

For the Honey Mustard Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: Marinate chicken tenders in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  2. Prepare the Chicken: Coat marinated chicken tenders in breadcrumb mixture and air fry until golden and cooked through.
